The below dates are the last dates its possible to order for arrival in time for Christmas day. Please try to order before the below dates to avoid disappointment as I do not ship with a guaranteed service.

EU, USA & CANADA - Wednesday 13th December
Rest of world - Monday 11th December
Shipping
We ship orders up to three working days after the order is placed via the method detailed below. We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.
Delivery options are as follows;
UK customers
- Royal Mail 1st class recorded (next working day) - £3.50
- Royal Mail 1st class recorded (next working day) - FREE if basket spend is £30 and up
Please note that Royal Mail recorded delivery is not a time guaranteed service, delivery times are an estimation only. UK deliveries could take up to 16 working days. If your order has not arrived in this time, please contact me.
Worldwide customers
- Royal Mail Tracked and signed for - £10.00
Worldwide delivery times
- EU – 3-5 working days
- Rest of World – 5-7 working days
Please note that Royal Mail recorded delivery and Royal Mail tracked and signed for are not time guaranteed services, delivery times are an estimation only. EU deliveries could take up to 20 working days and worldwide deliveries up to 25 working days. If your order has not arrived in this time, please contact me.
Customs, duties and taxes
IMPORTANT: Due to high import fees, I strongly recommend EU customers shop Me & Zena via my Etsy shop. Etsy calculate customs duties and taxes at the point of purchase, a service meandzena.com is currently unable to offer. This means you will not incur any unknown import charges, you will know exactly what you are paying as you check out. If you still wish to shop at meandzena.com please read below...
Me & Zena delivers from the UK. Payment of any import duties and taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient of the parcel and are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country. Please note this now applies to countries in the EU. Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges as customs policies are set by each country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
If you refuse your shipment you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Me & Zena. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

We accept returns or exchanges for all items - with the exception of earrings - made within 14 days of the shipping date.
To return or exchange your item email us here to notify us that you will be returning your item/s and specify the following details:
- Your order number
- The full name of the person who made the order
- If you would like a refund or exchange
- In the case of an exchange, what you would like to exchange your item for
We will respond with an acknowledgement email within 48hrs.
Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received, we cannot refund items that have been damaged by you after receipt. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore we recommend you send the goods using an insured service. We do not offer free returns at this time. Your refund will be credited to the same account used to make the original purchase. Please note for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of, or exchange earrings and ear studs.

Faulty Items
In the rare event your item is faulty: We will consider all cases for a full refund or exchange for faulty goods up to 6 months after purchase.
Please email us here to notify us that you wish to claim a refund or exchange on your item/s and specify the following details:
- Your order number
- The full name of the person who made the order
- If you would like a refund or exchange
- In the case of an exchange, what you would like to exchange your item for
- The nature of the fault
- If possible attach a clear photograph

Care Guide
Me & Zena jewellery is made from base metal plated in gold or silver unless otherwise stated. Exposure to liquids, long-term exposure to air and friction can cause plating to ware or tarnish. Here are some tips to keep your jewellery looking new;
- Avoid contact with all liquids
- Polish with a soft dry cloth – NOT with silver or gold polish
- Try not to wear every day
- Keep in jewellery pouch or box when not in use.
Materials and skin allergies
All of our jewellery is nickel free. If you have a skin allergy and have a query about what a specific piece of jewellery is made out of please get in touch.
Terms & Conditions
How to place an order
Browse through the site and select the items that you would like to purchase by clicking "Buy Me", if the item comes in different colour-ways then select your preferred colour first. These items will be forwarded to your shopping cart. You can click on "Shopping Bag" at anytime to update the contents of your shopping cart. When you are ready to pay click "Checkout" to begin the checkout process. Here you will be asked to login, if you don’t have an account it’s really quick and easy to do and once we have your details we can send out your order.
If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Your card will be authorised in real time and you will be given confirmation of a successful payment.
Order Cancellation
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Please log into your account and if the order status is still “Processing” it may be possible to cancel your order before it is despatched. All order cancellations must be sent to us via e-mail quoting your name, order number and full address. If however your order status is “despatched” you will need to return the order to us at your own expense. See 'Can my order be refunded or exchanged'.
Out Of Stock
We cannot guarantee your exact item will be in stock. If your item is not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail. You will always be notified with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Trading Terms
These terms and conditions will apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the ME & ZENA web site. By placing an order you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions. That you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your purchase and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Prices
All prices are as stated on the “ME & ZENA” website, although “ME & ZENA” reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice.

Submissions

Warranties
ME & ZENA is unable to provide any warranties in relation to goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Supply of Good and Services Act 1994. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
ME & ZENA’s Liability
Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury ME & ZENA’s liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. “ME & ZENA” shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses even if “ME & ZENA” has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.
Availability of Website
We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that this Website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of the Website or that any goods on the Website are in stock or available.
